Pro-Cal 100 Vanilla Mousse with Raspberries

Ingredients:

1 Packet Vanilla Pro-Cal
2 tbsp Fat Free Cool Whip
4 oz Cold Water

Preparation:

  1. Empty contents of Pro-Cal Vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Mix with water until smooth and creamy and gently stir in Cool Whip.
  3. Transfer pudding to a serving glass and top with raspberries.
