Pro-Cal Vanilla Mint Pudding

Ingredients:
1 Packet Pro-Cal Vanilla
1 Peppermint Tea Bag
5 oz Hot Water
1 ice cube
Preparation:
- Brew and steep tea for 10 minutes in 5 oz of hot water.
- Squeeze tea bag to get as much flavor as possible and discard; chill with an ice cube.
- Mix tea into Pro-Cal Vanilla.
Z-Pro25 Red Velvet Breakfast Parfait

1 Packet Z-Pro25 Red Velvet (or Strawberry Z-Pro)
5oz Water (can be substituted w/ fat free milk)
1/2 Cup Diced Strawberries
1 tbsp Rolled Oats
Preparation:
- Empty contents of Z-Pro25 into a small bowl .
- Whisk in water (or milk); set aside.
- In a parfait glass layer Z-Pro25 with Strawberries.
- Top with rolled oats and enjoy!
Pro-Cal Vanilla Pumpkin Spiced Pudding

Ingredients:
1 Packet Pro-Cal Vanilla Pudding
2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree (unsweetened)
1/2 cup Water
1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (or more, if you want)
Preparation:
- Empty contents of Pro-Cal Vanilla Pudding into a small bowl.
- Whisk in Pumpkin Pie Spice.
- Whisk in water then pumpkin puree.
- Top with a little more pumpkin pie spice and enjoy!
Pro-Cal 100 Vanilla Mousse with Raspberries
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 Packet Vanilla Pro-Cal
2 tbsp Fat Free Cool Whip
4 oz Cold Water
Preparation:
- Empty contents of Pro-Cal Vanilla in a bowl.
- Mix with water until smooth and creamy and gently stir in Cool Whip.
- Transfer pudding to a serving glass and top with raspberries.
